Undefeated Season!!
Renata just finished up her fall soccer season and her team was undefeated!!! She plays midfielder and keeps herself busy on the field. She hooked up with this team for the summer indoor season and it's been a great fit. Great girls, great coach, great parents.......and most important, they're all having a lot of fun! Now a couple of months off......winter indoor starts after the holidays!

For The Birds!!
I took the kids to the Nashville Zoo to check out the new Lorikeet Exhibit. As you can see, it's an interactive exhibit......you can buy little cups of nectar and the birds will come and perch on you and drink it. Those of you who know me well know that being in an enclosed area with birds flying freely is not my favorite place to be.......this really wasn't bad at all and I felt quite comfortable.

Camping with the Cub Scouts
Last weekend was a fun one. We all went family camping with Victor's Cub Scout pack and got to do a few new things, like archery, BB guns, obstacle course and more. Probably the most fun was just putting a worm on a hook and dropping it in the lake. Everyone caught fish!
