A Cartoonist in the Family
My dad used to tell me about a Scarpelli that was a cartoonist. He showed me a newspaper clipping of a comic strip where the cartoonist's name was signed 'Scarpelli'. Years later I found out that the Archie comics were by this same person. A few months back I decided to find him on the internet and write to him. Here is a scan of the drawing he sent to me.
It is interesting to note that Henry Scarpelli's son is Glenn Scarpelli, the former teen actor from "One Day at a Time".

Cub Scout Camping (again)
Another fun cub scout camping trip at Henry Horton State Park, only about 30 minutes away from our house.
Fishing was good, as you can see from the look on Victor's face, and everyone caught something. Renata almost landed a HUGE catfish but it got away.
