Well, true to form, we were scrambling for costumes at the last minute. (All, except Victor's, he had his picked out about a month ago.) Fortunately, we have a good selection of dress-up clothes!

Backpacking with the Scouts
Talia and I went backpacking for the first time last weekend. We went to a fantastic state park called South Cumberland State Recreation Area, only about 1-1/2 hours away. This is definitely a place worth returning to.....beautiful scenery and unspoiled forests. Talia's Girl Scout troop was going with a Boy Scout troop so I thought I might tag along!

Another Pinball for the Gameroom
Yeah, I got another pinball machine last month. A garage sale special. This one is from 1972. It's in pretty good shape and fun to play....I like the 'George of the Jungle' character (or is it Tarzan?) We just might keep this one and sell one of the others.
